This robust smaller version of the 8” Cooks Knife is ideal for cutting up poultry and lumps of meat and for dealing with the harder items that need to be sliced or diced such as potatoes, parsnips, celeriac and a variety of root vegetables as well as things like harder cheeses, butter from the fridge and pineapples. For added comfort our knives have a forged bolster where the handle joins the blade.
