Our Utility Knife is invaluable for a great variety of preparation tasks including French trimming a rack of lamb, cutting up and trimming excess fat from meat, slicing tomatoes (a sharp knife like this eliminates the need for serratedknives), dicing onions, slicing garlic, ginger and salami, filleting and skinning fish and all the smaller jobs that do not require a heavy blade.
For maximum comfort and maximum safety our knives have a forged bolster where the handle joins the blade.
